Eiteljorg Train Trip

Several club members enjoyed the Eiteljorg and Indiana RR hospitality during the trip to Bloomington for the initial volunteer sign up.

Above – The GP-38 set used to push/pull us to Bloomington and back.

Above – The ex-Santa Fe passenger cars are pushed in next to the north Geep for loading.

Above – Presentations were made by Indiana RR about the equipment and by Eiteljorg about Jingle Rails. Plenty of excellent food was also served to the 24 volunteer recruits.

Above – You may recognize the seven ILSR members that took the trip. We were joined by 2 new friends (second and third from left).
